I work with people who are tired of explaining themselves.
I'm a registered nurse with twenty-five years in psychiatric and memory care, and I've been doing hypnosis since 1999.
Most of what I do is aimed at the nervous system rather than the story — the hyperarousal that keeps you scanning the room, the loop that won't shut off at 3am, the voice that got installed somewhere along the way and never left. You don't have to describe what happened to you. That isn't how this works.
Veterans and first responders. People who haven't slept properly in years. People trying to change a habit that has outlasted every other approach they've tried. People who have been burned by overblown promises before and are understandably suspicious of anyone selling a fix.
I work with a maximum of five sessions per issue. If we can't create meaningful, lasting change in that window, I'll tell you honestly — and refer you to someone better suited. That isn't a limitation. It's a commitment to your time and your results.
Sessions last one to two hours.
Packages include your initial session. If you have already had it, you pay the difference — $250 more for three sessions, $550 more for five.
I stop when we are at a good place to stop, not when a clock says so. I won't open something up that we don't have time to close, and if we're in the middle of real work I'm not cutting you off at the hour. The fee is the same either way.
Everyone starts here. Nothing is charged for this call. Tell me roughly what you are dealing with and when suits you, and I will come back with a time.
What it is: focused hypnosis work, grounded in clinical experience.
What it isn't: psychotherapy, or a substitute for it. If you're already working with a therapist, this sits alongside that. If you're not, this isn't a reason to keep putting it off.
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Rescheduling. The first reschedule is free — life happens. The second usually is too. By the third I will either charge for the slot or suggest this isn't the right time for you to be doing this work, and we'll pick it up when it is.
Cancellations. Less than twenty-four hours before a session, fifty per cent of the fee. Not showing up with no contact, the full fee. If I cancel, you are refunded in full.
Packages. If we finish early because the work is done, I refund the unused sessions in full at the package rate. If you stop for any other reason, you pay the standard rate for the sessions you used and I refund the difference — and once that value passes what you paid there is no refund, and you will not be billed the difference either. Packages expire twelve months from purchase.
